The Role
Our people are at the centre of everything we do, and we're looking for our next People Experience Officer to play a key role in our People Experience team to support HR strategies and initiatives.
HR at EPIC Assist is undergoing an exciting time of transformation and this full-time role is key to the success of our People Experience team. We think outside the box, challenge the norms, and continuously strive to do things better to ensure our people have the best experience, and truly love working at EPIC Assist.
In this role, you will be exposed to a broad range of HR and WHS issues, including:
End to end employee lifecycle activities, including performance, recruitment, onboarding, offboarding and employee engagement
Optimising EPIC's Learning Management System (LMS365) to develop and implement training initiatives
Workplace Health and Safety support with risk and hazard management
Interpret awards and legislation to maintain best practice for HR and WHS initiatives
Contribute to the overall People Experience Strategy in ensuring we can empower the growth of our people

We're looking for a self-starter who is passionate about contemporary HR practices and providing an unparalleled employee experience. You will bring 3+ years of HR experience with exposure to WHS practices, coupled with relevant qualifications or equivalent.

Must complete a national police check as part of the Pre-Employment process
