Pink Finss Charity is a small not for profit organisation that has been operating in the Hawkesbury Region since 2010, supporting women, men and their families diagnosed with cancer and are currently helping over 195 clients with practical and emotional support.

**About the role**
An opportunity exists for an Administration Officer to oversee the administration and operational duties from the office in Windsor.
- Managing the Database and producing reports
- Being proactive in developing and improving processes and procedures to improve operations and efficiencies
- Liaising with suppliers including Landlord, Service Providers, Contractors and Volunteers
- Assisting in the set-up of support group meetings and attending group dinners when required
- Liaising with the Finance Officer regarding office expenses and fundraising activities
- Creating processes and procedures
**About you**
- You'veexceptional communication skills and have experience working autonomously within a team environment
- The ability to multi-task and learn new skills quickly is imperative for this role. You're emphatic and have a passion for helping others and giving back to the community
- You're motivated, proactive, and can remain calm under pressure
- Honesty and trust is very important in this role as well as the ability to form relationships and work as part of a caring team
**Requirements**:
- Be able to be self-directed and be able to work independently
- Be understanding and considerate of the organisation’s needs and ethos
- Possess strong computer skills with the ability to learn and develop new systems.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office suite of programs particularly Excel
- Previous experience working with a charity or Not-for-Profit organisation is desirable
