**The role**

This newly created role of Country Manager reports to the Sales Director in the UK.

This is an all encompassing role with many varied responsibilities ensuring that that the role is exciting, diverse and fun. The role will be responsible for the management of the brand, development, growth and strategy for the ANZ market.

The role has two direct reports and is therefore responsible for the HR function and the development of the team

A number of key responsibilities are included in the role:

- P and L responsibility
- Marketing and Public Relations
- Management of national wholesalers
- Sourcing new opportunities, accounts and distributors
- Overseeing the boutique sales team
- Project Management for new stores and event planning
- Strategic Planning and budgeting

**What you can offer**

This role will suit a senior Retail Executive with proven experience and success in managing and growing a luxury brand. Experience in Brand and Trade Marketing, Event Management and Retail Store management would be ideal. Also as this business has relationships with national wholesalers an understanding on National Account Management would be well regarded
