We're a young, goal-driven team with the mission of providing a 5 star service whilst providing the most cost-effective solution to high quality medical cannabis in Australia. We’re a clinic built by patients for patients, so we don't want to be the everyday medical clinic Instead we want to bring relatability and innovation to the industry, finding every way we can make the patient's journey EASY

Our values:

- Test and Measure FAST
- Speak Freely & Honestly
- Build a 5 Star Service
- Breathe it in

**Benefits**:

- Make an immediate impact and take this startup to the next level
- Culture: A crew of High-Performing, Happy & Humble people Striving for the same goal
- Leadership: Bring your expertise and easykind is your oyster Marketing is a small department now, but it won't be for long.
- Make a real impact on the lives of Australians far and wide. Be at the forefront of a new booming wave of treatment.

What Could You Be Working On?
- **Copywriting** - with the help of our product expert you will help write compelling SEO optimised articles.
- **Multi Channel Strategy** - Every media channel has its own unique "native" look and feel. You will be expected to understand the nuances of each channel so our ads + organic posts can hit the highest conversion metrics. (i.e., TikTok is a very different experience than Facebook).
- **Project Management & Strategise** - Know exactly what's just happened, what's currently happening and create the timeline for what's to come next for the next 6-12 months. Be invested and hungry for results.
- **Innovate**:

- Throw ideas at the wall and see what sticks. Whether it’s marketing, simplifying our patient journey, improving the patient experience long term, adding value, reaching more Australians, our internal operations and processes, whatever it is
- **Graphic Design** - your work will play a crucial role in shaping the visual identity of our brand across all channels, print and more.
- **Executing and Measuring Campaigns** - Strategise, set up and then live in the data, understand the effectiveness of all our campaigns.
- **Event Management** - Find new ways to reach our patient base + connect with the industry by setting up events end-to-end.

Skills we're looking for:

- Expert Copywriter - The majority of the results you will achieve in this role will be via the words you write. We're looking for expert level copywriters that draw people in with each word and get them to take action
- 3+ years in a digital marketing role - Agency or industry, working on clients or running agency lead generation, providing ongoing value to customers.
- Attention to detail - We move fast, but we care about everything. You have to be able to move at the speed we need.
- Experience with Meta & Salesforce - You'll need to know your way around both Meta and Salesforce as the core KPI of your content will be to generate lead volume & quality. You'll have support on channels such as Google & SEO
- Automation XP - Used Zapier and loves the game of getting the most out of a small team by improving efficiencies through automation.
- Highly Creative - You're a natural born storyteller able to craft compelling narratives that HOOK people into your creatives, both written and visual.
- Expert Collaborator - You will ensure projects are on course and communication with our CMO is clear through daily touch points and updating your tasks within our project management software.
- Personal Excellence - An ownership mentality, relentless pursuit of excellence, and personal growth.
- Talented Design capabilities - With an ability to research and curate with the best of them, bringing ideas to life in a fast paced environment.
- Exceptional Communication Skills - A perceptive listener who quickly synthesises info and can formulate a systematic action plan that can be clearly articulated verbally and in writing
- Passion for Personal Growth and Discipline - An unquenchable thirst to improve your personal growth with an intentional focus on constant learning to optimise your daily habits and routines.

What We Offer:

- A chance to be part of a growing industry with immense potential.
- An inclusive and supportive work culture (it's a pretty elite crew).
- Competitive salary with pathways for promotions and new roles.
- Opportunities for professional growth and development.
