Join a Tier 1 business within the Agricultural Industry, managing Major Accounts across Ruminant and Dairy clients. Take full ownership of your customers with a focus on Account Management and Account Development, with clients ranging from family-owned businesses to large corporate owned farms. You'll deal with a wide arrange of stakeholders from farm managers to Managing Directors and CEOs across Regional Victoria.
Offices located in Bendigo and Melbourne, and regional travel will be required.
The role will be a true Account Management position with a focus on growing the existing client base. The key focus of the role will be to:
- Manage all customer/client issues such as nutritional feed content discrepancies
- Manage and problem solve any Mill breakdowns
- The procurement and management of grain stocks
- Lead and develop the Sales team to meet and exceed customer expectations.
- Logistical issues/order and delivery problems and/or setbacks
- Management of all client/customer matters, i.e., expectations, enquiries and build and nurture accounts.
You’ll also have;
- 2+ years Account Management, Regional or territory Sales experience
- A desire and ability to build product knowledge
- Be a hands-on manager with a customer centric focus
- Have a solution-based sales approach
- A can-do attitude.
