**The Role**
There is a Change Analyst position available within the ERP Support Organisation (ESO) which supports the Defence Digital Group (DDG) to deliver ERP services to the Defence community.

Key responsibilities for this position include:

- Coordinating service transition activities within the Service Delivery and Governance(SD&G) Directorate.
- Ensuring appropriate processes are followed when there are changes to the service infrastructure including service assets and configuration items.
- Ensuring adequate documentation is created and maintained when there are changes to the service infrastructure including service assets and configuration items.
- Seeking appropriate approvals for change activities.
- Reviewing the effectiveness of change implementation activities.
- Identifying improvements to organisational procedures governing change management.
- Liaising with business and IT contractors on release scheduling and communicating progress with all stakeholders.
- Conducting post release reviews.
- Working closely with the SD&G Directorate’s Service Transition team to ensure that the products developed meet the acceptance criteria and are to the required standard.
- Following set Defence timeframes and frameworks, communicating updates with stakeholders.

**About our Team**
Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) is a key enabler of the One Defence reform agenda. ERP will standardise and integrate critical functions needed to run the Department into a single SAP platform resulting in a major capability uplift for Defence. The Program will simplify and align processes and technology and implement a whole of Defence transformation across Groups and Services.
- Understanding of project and change management methodologies and tools.
- Technology experience and related management experience in multiple business and technical processes.
- Strong knowledge of applicable business areas and their associated processes.
- Experience of working with geographically distributed and culturally diverse work-groups.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal / relationship management skills / ability to clearly communicate.
