CEA are currently looking to expand the team in **Wingfield**, with an apprentice to start **ASAP** As an apprentice you will be involved in assisting in the servicing of new and old equipment in and around the workshop. Working on a wide range of equipment, gain the essential skills required for a long term, successful career.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Assist with the servicing of machinery under warranty
- Assist with the diagnosis and fault finding in the mechanical assessment of machinery for repair, maintenance and service
- Assist the Workshop Leading Hand and Diesel Mechanics as directed
- Assist service personnel to ensure machinery is serviced or repaired in a timely manner
- Ensure workshop is kept neat and tidy
- Ensure a safe working environment and report any safety incidents or concerns to the Safety Manager
- Ensure compliance with the relevant OH&S requirements
- Contribute to the participative arrangements and communication strategies for managing OH&S risks in the workplace
- Conformance to quality systems and procedures

**Role Requirements**:

- Progression towards a trade qualification
- Mechanical aptitude
- Excellent customer service focus
- Ability to comply with company procedures and policies
