Part Time - 22.8 hours per week. Working Monday, Thursday and Friday between 8:45am and 5:00pm.

**About the role**

We are looking for a clear and enthusiastic communicator who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your role is to ensure customer satisfaction through the timely resolution of customer concerns, acting as an advocate on behalf of our customers within the business.

Key Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

- Answer inbound calls & enquiries to the Bridgestone Experience Hub
- Maintain accurate customer correspondence files and related documents
- Deliver communication between internal departments to effectively respond to customer enquiries
- Ad-hoc administration and overflow support as required

**About you**

You will be highly motivated and committed to providing a high level of customer service with a desire to work efficiently as part of a team. A natural problem solver with a pleasant and calm phone manner, you will be highly organised and collaborative, with exceptional telephone skills, giving you the ability to build rapport with customers over the phone.

Call Centre experience is not essential. If you have Hospitality, Retail, or Customer Service experience, understand the importance of compliance, and are diligent in following processes then this role is for you

To perform successfully in this role, you will need to demonstrate:

- Exceptional customer service skills
- Great phone manner
- Confident communicator with ability to multitask and prioritise
- Experience working toward achieving individual and team based KPI's/targets
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Strong computer skills in an Omni system environment including Microsoft products and willingness to learn and champion CRM systems
- Attention to detail and quality is essential
- Punctual with a strong work ethic
