The team has a newly created gap within the business for a quantitative and qualitative researcher looking for a forward step - offering the excitement of a growing start-up with the support, reputation and backing of a 40+ strong team of experts

Working across qual/quant/ad-hoc/tracking/social and commercial clients, methodologies, and projects is a unique proposition where your days will be an accumulation of:

- Managing trusted commercial and social client partnerships
- Leading multidisciplinary briefs from pitch through to presentation
- Sinking your teeth into ad-hoc and tracking projects
- Designing quantitative surveys and facilitating qualitative IDIs, workshops and groups
- Interpreting qual and quant data into insights that drive tangible impact.
- Report writing and delivering presentations.
- Storytelling and inspiring clients into action
- Contributing to a culture of growth -mentoring, coaching, and managing juniors

You must have prior research agency experience within insights and market research within a qual and quant capability, combined with an agile mindset, excellent storytelling skills and a passion for being part of a boutique agency.
