We are seeking a highly organized and driven Sales Coordinator to join our fast-paced sales team at Nine, Australia's largest locally owned media company.

As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting the sales team with quality office support, including processing and managing media bookings, generating reports, and other associated administrative work.

You will be responsible for building and maintaining effective relationships with internal stakeholders, agencies, and clients, as well as working with Sales Executives to identify opportunities for growth from new clients, current, and lapsed client lists.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Media Booking Management: Accurately set up accounts and process advertising bookings, manage and deliver campaigns, and provide effective, timely, and accurate responses to client enquiries.
  • Client Relationship Building: Build and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders, agencies, and clients, ensuring a positive and professional communication style.
  • Opportunity Identification: Work with Sales Executives to identify opportunities for growth from new clients, current, and lapsed client lists.
  • Advertising Proposal Generation: Work with Sales Executives to generate effective and compelling advertising proposals.

Requirements:

  • Self-starter with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently to deliver outstanding results and best-in-market service to clients.
  • Positive and professional communication style, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders, agencies, and clients.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining high attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to take steps to solve problems and resolve issues and complaints.
  • Advanced skills with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
