- **Research and Analysis**: Conduct research on immigration policies, regulatory updates, and country-specific requirements to provide accurate guidance to clients.
- **Client Interaction**: Assist in communicating with clients, gathering necessary documents, and ensuring a smooth client experience throughout the immigration process.
- **Administrative Support**: Aid in maintaining accurate records, organizing files, and managing administrative tasks associated with immigration cases.
- **Requirements**:_
- **Education**: Completed or pursuing Bachelor's degree in Law, International Relations, Political Science, or a related field preferred.
- **Knowledge**: Basic understanding of immigration laws and procedures is advantageous. Strong research skills are a plus.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Additional language proficiency is beneficial.
- **Interpersonal Skills**: Ability to work effectively in a team, demonstrate empathy, and handle client interactions with professionalism and sensitivity.
- **Tech Proficiency**: Proficient in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with immigration software or tools is a bonus.
