**Your Role**:
Opportunity to take full responsibility for the processing and management of the Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable functions within a small, long-standing, and highly experienced Finance team.

Reporting to the Finance Manager, some of your responsibilities will include:

- Timely and accurate processing of all AP invoices
- Ensuring all tax & state compliance matters are paid by due date (i.e. payroll tax, workers' comp and IAS | BAS)
- Coordinating EFT transfer runs
- Close off and reconciliation of creditors ledger and good receipts purchase orders
- Handling all creditor enquiries
- Preparing AP reports and forecasts
- Setting-up new users, GL, Vendors, etc in SAP & Esker
- Processing | allocating of customer payments against outstanding invoices | balances
- Reconciliation of remittances made by major customers
- Processing of customer claims

**Required Skills & Experience**:

- Accounting Diploma or Degree (or studying towards)
- Experience in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Strong reconciliation skills and understanding of accounting principles
- Advanced Excel
- Previous experience working in the FMCG or Wine sector an advantage
- Previous experience using SAP and Esker an advantage

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
