**The role..**
We want to make life easy for our members, so we are looking for fun and personable individuals to join our team as a Customer Service Specialist working in our inbound call centre, with the luxury of working from home or in the office.
We are looking for customer obsessed people who have a passion for providing that quality customer service experience and making insurance simple. Every call you take will be a unique experience, one moment you could be handling calls related to benefits or payments and the next you’ll be discussing what is the best product for them. Don’t stress about needing to know the ins and outs of health insurance, we will get you up to speed with great on the job training that runs for 4 weeks.
This is a full-time permanent position. You will be working on a rotating roster anywhere between the hours of 9am and 6:30pm (AEST) across Monday to Friday (no weekend work.bonus) This role is predominantly working from home with the flexibility to go into the head office when required.

- Experience working in customer service along with working towards KPIs
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to quickly build rapport and convey empathy over the phone
- Skills in objection and complaint handling
- Ability to take on feedback and use it to build upon and improve performance
- Adaptability to change - change is positive and what keeps us moving in the right direction
- Problem solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying potential issues
- Strong computer skills & the ability to work across a range of computer systems along with picking up new systems quickly

**You will have a reliable and fast broadband service (NBN or ADSL) & be confident in using various IT software. All necessary equipment for the role will be provided by ahm.**
- Please note: Interviews will be taking place from the 4th - 6th of November, the start date for this role will be Monday the 15th of January 2024 and full attendance is required for training._
