Digital Fundraising Specialist

The successful applicant will have a positive attitude and enjoy working proactively in the digital space and thinking creatively. There will be opportunities for content creation, automation and storytelling so excellent copy writing skills will be essential.

**Additionally, you will**:

- Have a solid understanding of the digital landscape
- Identify and execute marketing automation strategies that promote personalisation and improved user experience
- Ensure data manipulation and accuracy for each channel to ensure customers preferences are met
- Source content from product owners and providing specialist advice to ensure content is relevant and engaging to each target audience in line with MSQ strategy at being best at thank you and impact
- Monitor and prepare regular activity reports and campaign analytics for each channel to assist in ongoing decision making

Provide specialist and best practice advice and direction to internal stakeholders as required to support collaborative development of operational and strategic business objectives

**About you**:

- Demonstrated knowledge and experience of various marketing systems (i.e., Campaign monitor or RunGopher)
- Excellent time management skills, deadline driven and with high attention to detail
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to work closely with external suppliers and maximise relationships
- Advanced working knowledge of business systems including various CRM’s, Microsoft Office suite, Adobe design programs, financial reporting platforms to aid the delivery of business objectives
