**About the Role**:
The Student Placement Coordinator is a key team member supporting the delivery and continuous improvement of our internal processes and systems to ensure that all student placement activity is confirmed and managed in accordance with student facing timetables and internal policy and procedures. This position requires an individual who can undertake and build industry engagement and has a highly evolved skill of administration and planning.

**Key Accountabilities include**:

- Work in partnership with the Course Coordinator to ensure all placements are able to meet the course and student requirements.
- Manage and build the networks of Memorandum of Understanding and Clinical Agreements with appropriate Health and Community organisations.
- Manage any changes to Government, Health policy or industry standards that impact currency of our placements and our student experience
- Provide placement opportunities across a wide variety of Health and Community locations to support the retention and engagement of our student population
- As required monitor and report on partner suitability to the needs of our courses with undertaking of visits during workplace/clinical placements
- Positively represent The School to our student population and our industry partners managing and working to develop and improve our internal processes and communication to enhance our delivery of exceptional student experience
