**The Role**

You will be based in Osborne Park in modern offices within a small, supportive, and energetic team. Due to ongoing company growth, this position has been created to support our Finance team with the payables, receivables and invoicing of our Home Care Package clients. Position is offered on a full time fixed term contract for 6 months (to the end of December 2023)

**Specific tasks would include but not limited to**:

- Maintain financial and administrative systems through accurate record keeping
- Accounts payables, receivables and invoicing linked to our Home Care Package clients, to include the reconciliations and issuing of statements
- End of month reporting
- Completing the HCP clients onboarding process
- Data entry on in to databases and excel spreadsheets
- Scanning and saving of records
- General administrative duties as required.

Skills and experience:

- Previous experience of Home Care Packages is essential
- Accounting knowledge and experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office to include Word and Excel
