TEN Recruitment has a fantastic new opportunity for an experienced Accounts Payable officer to join a well established construction company in Perth.

The position is responsible for end to end accounts payable processing along with other accounting related tasks.

This is a dynamic role and would suit an experienced Accounts Payable officer or Accounts Assistant who enjoys a range of duties.


The company are an established and successful construction company deliver a range of projects including mine camp construction projects, housing projects and civil works all over the NW of WA.

This is a full time permanent role based in the Perth office.

Your responsibilities include:
- coding and reconciling supplier invoices, resolving discrepancies
- purchase orders
- payment runs and remittances
- reimbursing expenses
- debtor invoice
- reconciliations (bank, credit card)
- other ad hoc accounting tasks as required

You will have:

  • At least 3 years Accounts Payable experience ideally working for a construction company
  • Experience using SimPRO and Netsuite or similar accounting package
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and manage own time well
