We are excited to offer an exceptional Microsoft Specialist/Solutions Architect the opportunity to play a key role in expanding our customer base in Australia. Partnering with our sales team your objective will be to promote and accelerate the adoption of our Software Licensing offerings with our new & existing clients. You will have a strong business acumen with the ability to speak the technical speak, be humble and be willing to go on an exciting journey with the team at Data#3.

**About the role**

Joining this innovative, impactful team you will:

- Understand Online Services solutions and how Data#3 support options and billing processes connect. To act as a ‘one stop shop’ for Data#3 offerings.
- Understand Microsoft Licensing rights to support customer licensing requirements
- Develop and maintain close working relationship with all
- Work with the sales team on pre-sales activities including the development of formal sales plans and proposals.
- Assist other Data #3 specialists with the provision of demonstrations, presentations, training, consultation and sales support services for the sales team clients
- Undertake tasks requiring technical analysis, diagnosis and problem solving, qualifying the products/services fit and defining support needs. Provide post-sales and continuous sales support to our customers.

- IT industry background is highly desirable however not mandatory
