**About the position**:
“Beyond Bond - Create Your Future” is a personalised and degree-wide professional development program offered to students of Bond University which supports their transition from study to career. We are currently seeking a skilled Program Manager to provide management and coordination of this program as part of the Core Curriculum for all undergraduate degree programs.

Working closely with the Assistant Provost, duties of this role will include:

- Planning and coordinating milestones, completions requirements and outcomes as they relate to each semester and graduating cohort
- Planning and implementing systems that perform the work to fulfil the mission and goals of the program
- Promoting the program through numerous channels throughout the university to build visibility and understanding of this unique course
- Managing and monitoring operational budgetary and financial costs to the program
- Working collaboratively with the wider university to achieve program goals

**About the person**:
The successful applicant will have:

- Completed study at a level commensurate with the position
- Extensive experience with program or project coordination
- Sound knowledge of career development and practice
- Extensive experience in higher education or learning and development environments
- Demonstrated experience managing staff and leading teams in a fast-paced work environment
- Working knowledge of IT systems such as iLearn and Student One, and/or recording of student activity
- A demonstrated record of and commitment to quality student outcomes supported by experience in the design, development, innovation and delivery of student services and curriculum

**Salary details**:
Bond University offers a vibrant campus with state-of-the-art facilities in a picturesque location in Robina, as well as a range of tangible benefits including (but not limited to): competitive remuneration, bus services to the door, available car parking, use of library, Career Development Services, corporate discount programs and a bulk-billing medical centre on-site.

The salary for the position commences at $99,310.10 plus 10.5% superannuation per annum.
