We are seeking a Website Manager for a maternity backfill contract of up to 11 months. Reporting to the Director, of Marketing and Brand, this exciting role is the key driver of the Bond University Website Roadmap and ensures the ongoing success and optimisation of the website. In addition, this position is responsible for delivering a range of projects and managing all day-to-day tasks required to maintain and improve the website.

**Key Responsibilities include**:

- Manage the successful delivery of major website projects.
- Work effectively with web developers, designers and content producers to roll out website optimisations and innovations.
- Support and take direction from the Director of Brand and Marketing to achieve a high-quality user experience on the website.
- Manage and ensure adherence to Website Governance Policy.
- Effectively lead the Website Working Group.
- Play a leading role in building engagement and capability within the website user community.
- Lead the relationship with external development agencies, including oversight of project progress and delivery of development tasks.
- Timely reporting of website performance and oversight of the website measurement framework.
- Coordinate website and related project budgets.

**About the person**:
We are seeking a qualified marketing professional with experience in website and project management to join our team. With the support of the Director, Marketing and Brand you will be the key driver of the Bond University Website Roadmap and lead all major website projects to ensure the ongoing success of the website in building the Bond University brand and supporting organisation strategies and objectives.

A strong collaborator, this role will be supported by and work effectively with the broader Brand and Marketing Team as well as the ITS team. This role will lead the Website Working Group and oversee the internal community of website users to build their knowledge, capability and alignment. The Website Manager will also lead the relationship management, workload and project delivery with external development partner and other specialist agencies as required.

As a strategic thinker and planner, you will closely monitor the performance of the website and provide clear and compelling reports to senior management and stakeholders regarding the overall website engagement and performance. Working closely with the Senior Data and Insights Manager and external partners as required, you role will conduct behavioural analysis and user testing on the website and identify opportunities to improve the user experience and design of the website.

You will work with university executives and internal stakeholders to scope projects aligned with the Website Roadmap and University Strategy. You will be methodical in defining requirements and mapping out clear and actionable project plans.

You will be confident with briefing and working effectively with web developers, UX/UI Designers, relevant technical teams and external specialist suppliers. You will also work closely with marketing team members on content, creative, performance and campaign related elements of the website projects.
As a member of the Marketing Management Team, you will work effectively with other managers and teams within the Brand and Marketing Unit to build the culture within the team and deliver important initiatives to improve the Bond University brand.
