**About the client**:
Our client, a leader in their industry with a portfolio of trusted and well-known brands, is currently seeking a Client Relationship Manager to join their vibrant team. This role is a fantastic opportunity for someone with retail experience looking to take the next step in their career, focusing on relationship management and sales growth within a structured and supportive environment.

**Role Overview**:
As a Client Relationship Manager, you will be entrusted with the management and growth of three major client accounts as well as several smaller independent customers. Your goal will be to deepen these existing relationships, driving increased sales volume and expanding market share without the pressure of new business development. This role is perfect for individuals eager to step up from a retail setting into a more strategic, corporate role where relationship management is key.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and grow a portfolio of major and smaller client accounts to enhance sales and expand market share.
- Implement tailored strategies to meet the unique needs of each client, ensuring alignment with broader market trends and company objectives.
- Leverage your understanding of brand and product knowledge to boost customer confidence and commitment.
- Efficiently manage your schedule to maximize face-to-face client interactions and strategic account planning.
- Foster and maintain robust business relationships, ensuring collaborative growth and client satisfaction.

**Required Skills & Experience**:

- Proven background in retail, with a strong desire to transition to a corporate sales environment.
- Exceptional relationship management skills, with the ability to connect and build trust with diverse stakeholders.
- Highly motivated with a positive attitude, embracing challenges and learning opportunities.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, paired with solid business acumen.
- Tech-savvy, comfortable with using modern tools and systems to manage relationships and sales processes.
