I am partnering with a global, sophisticated SaaS vendor focused on helping teams swiftly tackle incidents and maintain optimal digital experiences.

To do that they rely on best-in-market, versatile predictive algorithms that protect organisations of all sizes, their users, reputation and revenue/profit sources.

Off the back of their own market wins in the Asia Pacific region, they are intent on continuing supporting its customers through in-country CS and Renewals professionals to deliver on their promise.

**The Renewals Manager / Key Responsibilities**
- **Devising and acting on quarterly renewal plans for your customer set.**
***:

- **Maintaining the cadence and actions for all renewals in recurring 90 day periods**
***:

- **Owning monthly and quarterly renewals and net retention to a specific quota**
***:

- **Using the available platforms and data to understand customer adoption and renewability of the existing ones**
***:

- **Engaging customers across all appropriate media to understand their current status, address their issues and ensure their on-time renewals**
***:

- **Tracking and reporting on key metrics for renewals, which should lead to accurate sales forecasts in Salesforce**
***:

- **Communicating risks clearly and taking the lead in developing resolution strategies**
***:

- **Sharing with executive management the true status of renewals and engage them as needed to address risks**
***:

- **Identifying upsell opportunities and partnering with the sales team to drive upsells as part of renewals.**
***

**The Renewals Manager / Key Requirements**
- **2-5 years of experience, ideally in a renewals role**
***:

- **Prior experience working with customers in a quota-carrying role**
***:

- **Experience developing Customer relationships as an account manager, inside sales team (or renewals team, for sure)**
***:

- **Working well under pressure, with a results orientation, as part of a cohesive team**
***:

- **Good working use of Salesforce. managing subscription SaaS sales cycles through the CRM**
***:

- **Be able to show a track record of success, and demonstrate a desire to achieve**
***
