**About the role**:
Our client seeks to appoint a dynamic and highly organised Marketing Coordinator/ Specialist to support their first rate marketing activities. The position will support company management and work responsibilities will, over time, grow to include CRM based software, marketing, communications, and event activities.

**Location**:
North Kellyville NSW

**Working with the management team, you will be responsible for supporting Company marketing objectives. As part of your role, you will be responsible for**:

- Identification of markets and market segments which will deliver the best opportunities for the business’s offerings.
- Identification and exploration of consumer habits including customer profiling.
- Holding responsibility for end-to-end campaign management including tracking and reporting results to management.
- Management of all digital marketing collateral across the business’s websites, social media, and other digital platforms as well as the business’s sparkling retail presence.
- Coordination of outsourced suppliers for design and production of marketing materials
- Working with the data management systems to ensure updated data is available for management and decision making in relation to ongoing marketing activities
- Provision of advice and reporting to management in relation to marketing activities including all areas of promotion, pricing, placement, and product aspects

**To be successfully considered for interview we will **look for the following attributes and skills
- Appropriate qualifications or an equivalent level of knowledge gained through any combination of education, training and/or experience.
- Demonstrated experience in the production of marketing collateral relevant to the clients’ and its offer in each segment (retail and corporate).
- High level analytical skills and solid understanding of the fast developing AI sector as it applies to this industry.
- Demonstrated experience in running events within budget and adhering to deadlines, showing well developed organisational, problem solving, time management and reporting skills.

**Education and working rights**
- Professional qualifications will ideally include a bachelor’s degree in a highly relevant discipline although a substantial professional career (5+ years) will be considered favourably.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to establish good working relationships with multiple stakeholders.
- Good knowledge and proficiency in the use of the main desktop publishing software suites and CRM solutions.
- **Unrestricted working rights for full time employment in Australia.**
