**About the Role**

As the NDIS Operations Officer, you will assist and liaise with the Operations Manager to play a pivotal role in the organisation, responsible for overseeing the efficient and effective delivery of disability support services, ensuring that the day to day delivery of services meets the expectations of the organisations clients and other stakeholders. The role requires a sound working knowledge and understanding of disability service delivery, relevant academic qualifications and wide-ranging professional networks along with possessing a comprehensive knowledge of developments which may impact the organisation's services.

In this role, some of your day-to-day tasks may include:

- Operations Management: Ensure smooth day-to-day operations, optimising resource allocation, and maintaining compliance with NDIS regulations and funding requirements.
- Quality Assurance: Implement and monitor quality assurance programs to continually improve service delivery and participant outcomes. In addition, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance service quality and client satisfaction.
- Leadership: Provide strong leadership to the support staff, fostering a positive and collaborative team culture. Mentor and develop team members to deliver exceptional support services.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and expand our service offerings.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with NDIS participants, their families, and external stakeholders to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
- Compliance: Stay updated and ensure compliance with NDIS guidelines, policies, and regulations.

You are an innovative, strong decision maker, with exceptional leadership abilities. With proven experience in management, you can take initiative and ensure tasks are completed with excellence.

Your experience and qualifications for this role ideally, should include:

- Minimum tertiary qualifications in Business or similar qualifications and experience deemed to be of equal standing
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Management role.
- Experience working within NDIS / Disability sector and / or within a Not for Profit Organisation
- Existing Yellow card or NDIS Worker Screening clearance.
- Current unrestricted Queensland Drivers Licence.
- Covid-19 Vaccination (desirable)

**Salary**: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
