**About the Role**

The Industry Operations Coordinator is critical to the performance of the organisation and is responsible for providing timely administration and support to the Business Development Management team and Industry Partners. Ensuring processes are adhered to and driving efficiencies across the business, in this role you will steer the implementation of key strategic priorities and facilitate quality controls across all programs, as well as ensure compliance against AQTF standards and requirements.

The Industry Operations Coordinator is the first point of contact for our partners, as they will be the "go to" person who understands and can communicate both at a granular level as well as more general requirements of the team.

**Daily Activities**
- Act as the liaising person between Industry Partners and Internal Office
- Manage student enrolment, progression and graduation reporting
- Ensure quality document and records management
- Engage with Industry Partners and facilitate Industry consultation

(Support, coordinate, assist, acquire, on-board and retain)
- Facilitate the placement of students with Industry Partners for practical work
- Manage the induction of new Industry Partners, including compliance requirements
- Manage program changes/improvements and provide ongoing operational support
- Provide quarterly reviews to the leadership team
- Provide logístical management of education and training materials
- Manage the accuracy of Industry Partner information in systems and on websites
- Schedule inductions and provide training calendars for Industry Partners

**What are we looking for?**

Someone with a strong background in running efficient and effective operational processes, outstanding communication and time management skills, and the ability to work across departments. It is essential you are comfortable in building relationships with Industry Partners and to influence industry leaders and develop relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.

Additional skills include:

- Time prioritisation and ability to “find a way” in a fast-paced work environment
- Strong logistics and planning skills are essential
- Experience in inducting and training personnel
- Excellent presentation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - both written and verbal
- High level of computer literacy and comfortable using systems such as CRM’s and LMS’
- Recent Fitness Industry experience and knowledge
- Current experience working in an RTO is preferred but not essential
