Working a mix of both in the office and from home, you will join a growing, psychology-based organisation that is well respected in the wellbeing industry.

As a Business Support Officer, you will work closely with the Business Performance manager and the broader Assure team to provide timely and efficient administrative and logístical support. This support engages both internal and external stakeholders ensuring urgent and /or specific mental health and wellbeing services are co-ordinated and confirmed with customers and clinicians.

We are keen to utilise your skills and strengths in the areas: administration, travel coordination, stakeholder relationship management, computer literacy, data entry, diary and reporting management.

- Experience working in a fast paced, reactive environment within the health/ wellbeing or medical industry
- Advanced computer skills with high levels of accuracy with Microsoft Office Suite of programs
