Sessional Trainer

Do you have a passion for education? Then come join us at genU We are looking for **Sessional Trainers **to join genU's Training U For Work team where we deliver valuable, job-ready and nationally recognised vocational shorts courses

At Training U For Work, we equip students with the tools, experience and knowledge to embark on study, enter the workforce and create a positive future. Courses are delivered both online and on-campus and range from two to eight days in duration

As a **Sessional Trainer** you will plan and deliver professional and engaging training, you will develop training material including assessments and learning material, and you will assess learner competencies and conduct training reviews to determine the individual needs of clients.

As a **Sessional Trainer** you are an exceptional individual with the skills and enthusiasm to provide our learners with an engaging and meaningful learning experience.
- Essential Requirements:_
- TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or its successor or
- TAE40110 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment plus the following units:

- TAELLN411 (or its successor) or TAELLN401A,
- and TAEASS502 (or its successor) or TAEASS502A or TAEASS502B or
- A diploma or higher-level qualification in adult education
- Currency in any of the industries:

- Building and Construction
- Warehouse
- Hospitality
- First aid
- Health Care
- Retail
- Housekeeping
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module
- Working With Children Check
- COVID Vaccination: genU requires all employees, contractors, volunteers, and work-placement students to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19, unless they are an Excepted Person as defined by the COVID-19 Mandatory Vaccination (Workers) Directions.
