**Cardiac Catheter Lab Elective Bookings Clerk**

- ** Based at The Royal Melbourne Hospital City Campus**
- The Cardiology Department at the Royal Melbourne Hospital is a major tertiary and quaternary referral centre, with particular strengths in electrophysiology and pacing, interventional Cardiology and adult congenital heart disease.
- We are looking for a passionate and dedicated individual to join our Cardiology team. This is a part time position, working 64 hours per fortnight based at the Royal Melbourne Hospital.
**Your new role**:
- Provide administration support associated with wait listing of patients, including booking of procedures, appointments, procedure/appointment cancellations, rescheduling and removals from the waiting list using the relevant information systems in a timely manner.
- Maintain the Cardiac Catheter Lab theatre schedule and assist with the organisation of Cardiology pre-admission clinic.
- Deliver a professional and caring customer service.
- Undertake duties in a professional, courteous and approachable manner.

- You have relevant clerical experience and administrative skills, with demonstrated ability to prioritise, manage and respond to a variety of tasks.
- You are concise in your written and verbal communication skills, including professional telephone manner.
- You demonstrate strong IT skills with IPM and EPIC and ability to learn other computer database programs.
