We’re deee-lighted to be helping our pals at a long-standing and successful agency on Brisbane’s Northside to find the missing piece in their puzzle - A brand spanking NEW Client Success Manager.
This beaut little agency has been kicking goals since 2006, and despite funky market conditions, they have encountered some really steady growth, in fact, they’ve had one of their best years yet in business.
Because they do it all so well, they also find that their clients really stick around for the longggg term. #How good?
**Now, let’s talk about the role**
Kept simply, there are three key pillars that make up this role.
- The customer
- Strategy
You’ll be front and centre with all things client related. You’ll be interpreting their requirements and will play a leading role in writing creative briefs, scoping and quoting projects, and they’ll be looking for your input into the overall digital strategy and creative process, too. And from a relationship perspective, you’ll be making sure clients are loved on. This means keeping them in the loop with reporting, providing them with market insights, and oftentimes, looking at ways to improve their overall ROI.
**Here’s what we’re looking for in YOU**
- You are a smart thinker who looks for ways to make things bigger, better, and more effective;
- You’ve got a strong eye for detail to manage the execution of conceptual ideas across multiple channels;
- You’ve got solid collaboration skills, and you derive a real sense of enjoyment from being a part of a creative process;
- You’re one of those people who can build rapport with people naturally, and you’re confident navigating the complexities of working with internal teams, and oftentimes clients with hyper-specific needs; And
- You’ve got experience working in an integrated agency _[but if you just so happen to be brand side, we’d still love to chat with you, too]_.
