As a Contracts Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimising our client's contractual relationships with suppliers, contractors, and service providers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Review, negotiate, and administer contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement procurement strategies and sourcing plans.
- Monitor contract performance and manage contract variations as needed.
- Conduct supplier evaluations and performance reviews.
- Resolve contractual disputes and issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Support the development of contractual documentation and tender processes.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and regulatory changes related to contracts.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, highly desirable.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in contract management or procurement, preferably within the mining or resources industry.
- Strong understanding of contract law and commercial terms.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
