Are you an enthusiastic and personable individual looking for a rewarding role where you can make a difference? We are seeking a vibrant and passionate Centre Administrator to join our dedicated team. As the welcoming face of our centre of Altona Early Years Hub, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative support and fostering strong relationships with families and the local community. This is a part-time, fixed-term position (32.5 hours a week), ending in December 2024.

**What will you do?**
- Be the first point of contact for the service and central to creating key relationships with our families and the local Altona community.
- Be responsible for providing administration and reception duties, with a focus on building external stakeholders relationships.
- Maintain administrative and electronic data management systems that contribute to the effective operation and management of the centre.
- Manage and oversee the centre's reception area to greet all visitors and assist with enquiries providing a high level of customer service at all times.
- Work closely with the Centre Director and Leadership team.

**More about you**
- A strong customer service background and ability to develop and maintain relationships with various stakeholders.
- Current employee Working with Children Check and National Police Check.
- Current Level 2 First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis & Asthma Certificate.
- Early Childhood Qualification is desirable.
- Previous experience working in an administration assistant role, with exposure to the early childhood industry.
