**The Opportunity**

Join our team as a Program Support Officer for People, Culture, and Strategy As a vital member of our department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient program delivery. Your responsibilities will include providing operational and administrative support across various functions, with a strong emphasis on safety, wellbeing, and learning and development.

Reporting to the Wellbeing and Development Manager, this dynamic role will also involve travelling across all AccessHC sites to contribute to our safety agenda. Join us in making a positive impact on our organization's success and fostering a culture of safety and wellbeing

**What you will be doing**
- Key Responsibilities_

Support the coordination of aspects of the L&D program, OHS program, wellbeing activities and other program support requirements and be the point of contact for training and events.
- Administer and maintain software management systems including online LMS and WorkSafe Guardian
- Provide data and reports across the various functions as required
- Support the coordination of training and events including venue hire, catering, liaison with facilitators/speakers, management of attendance and evaluation where relevant
- Administrative support to wider PC&S functions including ordering and management of communications resources, mail outs, coordinating online meetings etc

**What you will bring**
- Relevant qualifications and/or demonstrated experience in project administration, project management or program support roles
- Demonstrated organisational capabilities and attention to detail with strong time management skills
- Ability to access, interpret and report on data from a range of systems to allow for effective dissemination to a range of audiences
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team environment
