**About the Role**:

- Reporting to the Company Manager, you will be integral to our team, responsible for:_
- Creating and executing comprehensive marketing and advertising strategies to drive business growth and client engagement.
- Following up on all potential client leads with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Building and maintaining robust, long-term client relationships based on trust, credibility, and responsiveness.
- Designing and managing effective marketing campaigns and evaluating their success.
- Representing Wagtail Services at meetings and events to enhance our visibility and network.
- Maintaining thorough and accurate records of marketing efforts and outcomes.
- Actively contributing to the company's success and growth by unlocking new business opportunities.
- Demonstrating a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

**Skills & Experience**:

- Proven experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, with a solid understanding of digital marketing principles.
- Exceptional relationship-building skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence effectively.
- Strong analytical skills, with a knack for identifying trends and opportunities.
- Previous experience in aged care, disability support, or healthcare is advantageous but not essential.

**Requirements**:

- Passion for making a difference in the lives of individuals with disabilities.
- Excellent communication and creative thinking skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing, social media, and content creation.
- Relevant qualifications in Marketing, Business, or a related field are desirable.
- Must have a valid driver's license and a car with comprehensive insurance, as the role involves travel.
- Must have met all mandatory requirements of the NDIS Commission.
