**About the opportunity**

Our Corporate Graduate Program is a unique and exciting early careers pathway dedicated to providing meaningful work, growth and security. Our graduates will receive tailored mentoring and support whilst gaining exposure through rotations across a range of departments prior to settling in a specific area at the end of the Program.

We are seeking Human Resource Graduates who have recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Organisational Psychology, Industrial Relations, Business, Communications or Marketing.

This is a structured 2-year program which will commence in January 2025. Located in Henderson, Western Australia this program offers outstanding individuals the opportunity to;
- Commence their HR career with a leading defence organisation.
- Assist the implementation of L&D initiatives across ASC’s lines of business including competency framework development, L&D program development and providing L&D advice to key stakeholders
- Supporting the work of the L&OD team and broader P&C team including P&C Business Partners and advisors

**Eligibility**

This role requires a current National Police Clearance and an Australian Defence Security Clearance. Your eligibility for this role is dependent on you obtaining and maintaining such clearance.
