**Your new role**:
In this role you will be responsible for partnering with the business to develop effective online learning solutions and support learning platforms.

**Key responsibilities will see you**:

- Work closely with functional and technical training specialists to improve learning quality and ensure learning is aligned to objectives
- Coordinate our learning and assessment strategies, embed digital learning and deliver on enterprise wide learning initiatives
- Maintain the Enterprise compliance training program including essential learning, enabling activities, analysis and design, development, delivery and evaluation
- Act as the primary conduit for all information relating to essential learning
- Be a champion, designer and change agent for learning methods and tools used across the Enterprise

**About you**:
**As an ideal applicant, you'll have**:

- Demonstrated experience in a learning role with a focus on delivery of eLearning
- A Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
- Strong stakeholder management skills and a high level of customer focus
- Ability to manage and balance conflicting priorities
- Knowledge and experience with learning management systems
