Internal Sales and Client Relations Specialist

Konig Surface Repairs is seeking an Internal Sales and Client Relations Specialist with strong sales skills and process knowledge to join our team in Sydney. Our office and training complex is located in Alexandria, NSW, close to railway and buses.
We provide specialized repair and restoration services for homes, apartments, and commercial buildings across the nation.
**Role Responsibilities**:
**Lead Management**:
- **Quote Preparation**: Generate accurate and competitive quotes for potential clients and existing customers
- **Team Communication**: Facilitate effective communication within the team to ensure smooth operations.
**Personable Skills**:
- Maintain a positive outlook on all problems.
- Develop and implement solutions efficiently.
- Enjoy interacting with people and building relationships.
- Handle pressure well and stay composed in stressful situations.
**Pipeline Management**:
- Oversee the sales pipeline from initiation to closure.
- Schedule and book jobs based on client acceptance and company availability.
**Administrative Duties**:
- Update and maintain client databases and contact records.
- Document sales activities, including interactions, transactions, and feedback.
- Report sales metrics to the management team.
**Continuous Improvement**:
- Recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated with industry trends and suggest adaptations to pricing or services.
- Assess business workflows and adapt them for efficient sales and growth strategies.
**Qualifications**:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with sales and quotation software (e.g., HubSpot).
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in basic arithmetic for accurate pricing and estimations.
- Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous.
- Ability to fit within our team environment and culture.
**Job Type**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $70,000 to $75,000 per year plus superannuation, with performance bonus available. Potential income $95,000 plus
**Hours Schedule**: Monday to Friday, 7:30 am to 4:00 pm
