**Your new role**:
The PX Partner will act as the first point of contact supporting the effective management of a range of day to day operational people matters ensuring services provided deliver maximum value to our internal customers and the organisation as a whole.

The role will provide specialist advice and support on a broad range of employee, contractor and volunteer matters, including (but not limited to); recruitment and onboarding, learning and compliance, employee engagement, position management, volunteer management, data and reporting, integrity and accuracy of our HRIS data, EA and award interpretation, remuneration and generalist HR advice.

You will perform a wide range of HR operational processes and tasks, handle sensitive information while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

This is a Band 6 classified role, remuneration will be $92,933.03 - $101,496.84 per annum (depending on experience) plus superannuation in accordance with the Superannuation Guarantee.

The key selection criteria for this role are:

- Sound planning and organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Demonstrated ability to take a coaching approach to upskill leaders in effective people management practices.
- A proactive, professional and customer-focused approach with the ability to influence and negotiate effective outcomes with a broad range of people from a variety of backgrounds and effectively contribute to a team environment.
- Experience in dealing with difficult stakeholders where empathy and discretion is required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- An understanding of and complete commitment to confidentiality
- Strong computer, organisational, analytical and problem solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to be flexible, adaptable and resilient, particularly when faced with challenges, uncertainty, complexity or change.
