**The opportunity**:
The GenV Project Officer in GenV’s Program Management Office (PMO) will play a pivotal role supporting the Program Manager with a focus on providing comprehensive support to governance and services essential to drive successful outcomes of the program. As an integral member of the team, the position will be responsible for maintaining and coordinating the PMO’s processes (eg risk management), writing and compiling reports, document management, and program/project support. The GenV Project Officer will operate as a team player within the PMO, as well as across the Program’s various workstreams.

**Your responsibilities include**:
Coordinate, support and implement delivery of the GenV Program Management Office (PMO) services
Oversee, coordinate and track project risks and issues within the governance structure ensuring appropriate reporting, escalation and approvals
Compile and write, program and project status reports, Committee Reports, and other reports / documents
Coordinate and support meetings, e.g. Showcase, monthly program team meeting, including organisation, meeting materials and agenda, and, when required, minutes
Liaise and manage stakeholder expectations in relation to project delivery (time/resource/cost implications/risk) with support

**About you**:
Degree or qualification in relevant field (preferably Science, Life Science, Healthcare, Research)
3-years+ experience working in a project environment, or research and development (R&D) in Life Sciences, Healthcare or Research
Demonstrated experience in project management or Program Management Offices, including governance processes, risk management, and reporting
Demonstrated experience in coordinating office management activities, including procurement and facilities
Strong interpersonal, and excellent verbal and written communication skills with experience communicating to a wide range of stakeholders, and the ability to break down complex data or concepts into clear, easy-to-understand documents or messages appropriate for the audience
