The Advisor (Self-Insurer Licencing) can work with the auditors and support business improvement initiatives using data information from a wide range of sources to support self-insurance licencing frameworks including performance and compliance systems.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Accurately record and maintain self-insurer files in the e-file management system (HPRM) and central databases (QI). Use knowledge of self-insurance to assist with the design, development and delivery of business improvement initiatives aimed at improving the performance and compliance of self-insured employers.
