**Your role in the team**

The Premium Client Manager will drive the acquisition of, and manage the ongoing relationships with, a number of our high value clients. The Premium Client Manager will also provide the appropriate level of account management, customer service and trade execution to the Premium client portfolio in Australia.

You will maintain relationships with new and existing clients, promoting a healthy pipeline of prospective business which will fully reflect the high quality of the IG premium client proposition. You will also proactively and frequently entertain clients (and prospects) at various sporting, cultural and educational events, as part of your relationship management expectations.

**What you'll do**
- Assist internal teams with pricing, reporting, queries and ad-hoc requests
- Work closely with internal teams
- Meet monthly sales and KPI targets
- Sell the product offering and services to both existing and potential clients
- Provide proactive support and manage, maintain and develop client relationships
- Live market dealing for both direct and indirect clients
- Attend external client meetings and sporting / cultural / educational events.

**What you'll need for this role**

You're upbeat and enthusiastic, and you have an open mind and a curious, can-do attitude. You, like us, understand the importance of collaboration and are driven to be the best in what you do. You embody our three core values - to champion the client, learn fast together and raise the bar.

You'll need experience in:

- Selling financial products and services with at least four years' experience in broking and/or derivative sales
- Financial markets experience and excellent knowledge of CFD's (desirable)
- Working within a financial environment such as a busy dealing room
- Track record of contacts with High Net Worth/Professional trading clients
- Self-motivated, a proactive approach and ability to work at a consistently high standard
- Educated to degree level with relevant RG146 certificates.
