The Water Group is currently seeking to appoint an Executive Support Coordinator to provide a range of administrative, executive and records management services to support the operation of the Infrastructure Projects team, maintaining document and administrative systems. Along with undertaking a range of special projects including research, data collection and collating of information to assist the Project Office Manager and management team.
**About You**
You will act as first point of contact for Project Office enquiries drawing attention to those matters requiring immediate attention and referring matters to other staff as considered appropriate, providing high quality project delivery support on a consistent basis in a high volume work environment where there are competing priorities and tight timeframes. You will be required to maintain the teams meeting schedules, including scheduling meetings with required Directors and Executive Directors, and organising presentations, reports and other information for review. You will be able to prioritise incoming and outgoing requests to ensure optimal use of the available time and undertake administrative activities to support the engagement of contractors, community, stakeholders and landholders.
