We're a flat structure with 300 employees in the business meaning you will be provided with more exposure and opportunity to grow your skillset and career - to put it into context 17 of our internal staff got promoted last year

You will work with a close knit, supportive team who enjoy having a laugh, but also working hard to achieve personal and wider company objectives.

We're looking for someone who is proactive, with great customer service experience preferably gained within a Life Insurance or Financial Services background.

The role is hybrid 3 days in the office and 2 days at home, based in the CBD on Bond Street.

**Primary responsibilities**:

- Liaise with Underwriters and Direct Sales agents accordingly
- Responding internal & customer queries in writing and via the telephone
- Meeting all service standards and quality objectives
- Following up external parties for further information such as medical professionals; other internal departments

**Secondary responsibilities**:

- Ad-hoc requests / tasks from management when required
- Relationship building (internal / external)
- Filing / General Office Administration
- Reception duty when required

**Experience/qualifications**:

- Administration experience
- Specific Life insurance experience - preferred
- Industry qualifications - Highly regarded
- Exposure to corporate environments - preferred

- Relationship building & communication skills (internal / external)
- Complaint resolution skills
- Basic Project Management Skills
- Insurance industry systems experience
- Microsoft Office Experience
