We're working with a high-end boutique design agency that specialises in packaging design and new product development. The agency is experiencing growth and looking for an Account Manager to take on smaller projects and support on larger pieces of work.

Be key in developing exciting products within FMCG. Office conveniently surrounded by the hospitality and industrial precinct within the Inner West.

If you are an experienced
**Account Manager** or
**Account Executive** ready to step up who has had previous design agency experience
**-** we'd love to hear from you

**What's in it for you?**
- Be part of a growing team working on a variety of clients ranging from large FMCG to exciting start-up companies
- Autonomy to run smaller projects whilst supporting two Account Directors on larger pieces of work
- Hands on support and guidance as required
- Hybrid working model - 2+ days in the office.

- Friendly small knit team who likes to have a laugh and don’t take themselves too seriously

**To be successful you'll need to have**
- Design agency experience is essential
- Packaging experience is desirable
- Proven ability at managing client relationships
- Brilliant project management skills
- An organised, self-starter who likes to problem solve and take initiative
- Have full working rights in Australia - Working Holiday Visa's welcome, possible future sponsorship opportunity
