About the Role

Reporting to the ELT, this role will instigate change from a traditional brand marketing strategy. Collaborate with partner brands and develop financial products that you can then take to market. Develop the campaign strategy and report on performance.

Duties

Brand Marketing - Scaling up from existing plan;
Use of data analysis and insights to determine future direction of brand;
Brand communication strategy development and implementation;
Use customer data to influence decision making for better commercial outcomes;
Senior stakeholder influencing and management both internal and external; and

Budget management;
Skills & Experience

Significant experience and achievements in a consumer lead senior brand marketing position;
An all rounder with project management experience and knowledge of numerous departments including brand, marketing, sales, pricing, account management and operations;
Exposure to working with legal to ensure compliance is adhered to;
A track record in strategic data lead marketing success;
Budget management experience; and

B2C and B2B a bonus.
