The Role

The Information Technology Department manages the technology and computer infrastructure that drives the Baptcare organization’s business systems. IT manages a computing infrastructure that supports over 40 metro and regional offices across Victoria and Tasmania.

Key Accountabilities

**The position will be accountable for the following activities**:
Occupational Health & Safety Responsibilities

Specific to Business Applications

Application and interface development

Application administration

Business Processes

Vendor Management

Qualification/Experience

Tertiary degree in the field of information technology, computer science, business, or similar discipline

ITIL, PMI, SDLC, Agile, RAD, CMMI certifications

Application Specific Certifications - Aurion, PageUp

Experienced in supporting Aurion system

Strong understanding of API’s and their relevant use

Knowledge of computer programming including variables and conditional statements such as “if, then, else” or loops

Working knowledge and experience in the following methodologies: ITIL, PMI, SDLC, Agile, RAD, CMMI

Working knowledge and experience in the following technologies:.NET, Java, SQL, C#, PHP, Python, JavaScript

Well-developed coding skills following sound coding practices and standards
