**About the role**:
Reporting to GM of Procurement, this role is to be a facilitator of knowledge and the champion for CSR’s procurement governance. Working with our centralised Vendor Master Data and becoming a key business partner to multiple stakeholders across the business.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Act as the primary point of contact for business questions related to vendor master data.
- Review the supplier setup forms and ensure all the relevant documents necessary to maintain vendor master are in place and are in comply with business requirements.
- Complete requests for vendor master data in a timely, accurate manner by performing integrity checks to ensure a high quality of master data.
- Run the monthly and quarterly reports.
- Analyse and improve data quality, which includes running regular scheduled data reports
- Provide the internal customers with guidance and training regarding Vendor Master Data.
- Assist with external and internal controls for Vendor Master Data.
- Assist with external and internal audit inquiries and ensure compliance controls are adhered.

**About You**:

- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role managing master data, ideally with vendors / customers.
- Knowledge of SAP Vendor Master Data, and SAP MM purchasing module.
- Conscientious, attention to detail. Experience in checking and validating information.
- Ability to handle pressure, prioritise and manage multiple tasks.
- A strong collaborative and consultative disposition.
- Strong time management and the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
- A drive and motivation to achieve high quality outputs.
- Strong Microsoft Excel and computer skills are highly desirable.
