**About the role**:
The Master Data & Pricing Analyst is a **full time, 12 Month FTC** **position**, based at **North Ryde.**

Reporting to Business Process Lead, this role is responsible to ensure compliance to master data standards, integrity and accuracy in S&I customer and vendor pricing, and supplementary material master in accordance with policy and procedure. The role will also manage master data improvement projects and actively participate in projects requiring master data maintenance.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Ensure S&I Customer and Vendor Pricing is processed in SAP in a timely and accurate manner.
- Ensure CSR Connect master data is processed in a timely and accurate manner.
- Ensure master data is created/processed in SAP in a timely and accurate manner.
- Service Materials
- Suburb Master
- Truck Material Master
- Work Centres
- Customer Material Info Records
- Update of Purchasing Information Records
- Cartage rates
- Pallet Master Data
- GRIM file mapping (Roof Wizard)
- Manage shared Master Data inbox inquiries.
- Educate internal customers on process for master data and S&I pricing maintenance in SAP.
- Carry out testing on new SAP functionality relating to pricing/master data as and when required. Coordinate required system changes with BIS including transformation team requirements.
- Identify business process and system changes / improvement opportunities.
- Document SAP processes, work instructions, templates, and forms.
- Maintain the M&I SharePoint site for Business Process information.
- Assist and support Pricing Analyst team member of M&I.

**About You**:

- Business Process & controls experience.
- Have SAP Knowledge, SD (sales & distribution) and MM (material management) modules.
- Excellent communication, ability to influence and engage stakeholders.
- A proven record in proactively investigating and collaborating leading business in adopting innovative solutions, best practices and new technologies.
- Resilient to and able to drive change.
