**THE OPPORTUNITY**

The Master Data Specialist is responsible for developing and implementing a planned approach to the establishment, maintenance and digitisation of all master data required to effectively support stores and supply chain systems and processes aligned to current, transitional and future supply chain delivery model needs.

The position actively engages with TAFE NSW education and training delivery leads and corporate services specialists, to ensure data is accurate and that processes and systems are performing as designed to meet business requirements.

This position will be based at the Bankstown campus with flexible working agreements available to allow working from home and/or an alternative TAFE NSW campus 2-3 days per week.

**ABOUT YOU**

You have a pragmatic and coachable attitude, effective communication skills and the ability to explain complex concepts to broader audiences. You are passionate about data with eagerness to learn new approaches and work in a self-directed manner.

You are analytical, organised and a natural problem solver. You enjoy building trusting relationships, collaborating with your team and taking initiative. Crucially, you are someone who shares the TAFE NSW Values of Integrity, Collaboration, Excellence and Customer Focus.
