What this job involves
We’re looking for a personable, professional and proactive receptionist to join the team working onsite with our client Google
In this varied and busy role, you’ll play a pivotal part in providing a welcoming experience for our client’s staff and guests through genuine hospitality and thoughtful services.
**A snapshot of the role**:
Foster a sense of hospitality and create a welcoming environment at work for our team, client and their guests.
Serve as the initial point of contact for all Client employee inquiries, issues,
troubleshooting, and feedback related to the services within the workplace.
Manage visitor and temporary access passes.
Provide assistance in administrative activities relevant to Facilities Operations.
Planning & supporting guest experiences by creating memorable interactions for clients, guests & visitors.
Other duties as assigned by supervisor

A strong commitment to the highest level customer service.
1-3+ years proven work experience in a related field such as hospitality,
administration, facility/property management, business operations.
Organisation, time management, prioritising and the ability to handle a varied workload.
Communication and influencing skills with the ability to develop relationships with suppliers, stakeholders and management in person and in writing.
