This is a perfect opportunity for an experienced Medi spa/Skin Clinic Receptionist to support our team of other clinic receptionists, highly trained and qualified Dermal Therapists, and onsite Cosmetic nurses and doctors.

You shall have the availability to work **2-4 days.**

Duties include:

- Greet and farewell all guests and clients with warmth, enthusiasm and professionalism
- Oversee all clinic bookings
- Support the entire team, ensuring they are taking and making bookings with complete accuracy
- Proactively work with the team to ensure that clinic schedules are being effectively optimised and managed
- Manage receipt of stock and system entry, per the stock receive procedure
- Brainstorm social media/marketing content ideas and create and collate content

**Skills & Experience**

To succeed in this role, you must be passionate about the beauty industry and able to connect with people and make them feel special.
- A minimum of one year of hands-on experience as a Receptionist, preferably in a beauty salon or clinical setting.
- The ability to travel to other clinic locations will be preferred but not essential
- Fully Australian Working Rights
- A beauty therapy or skin therapist background is a bonus but not essential
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Outstanding organisation and attention to detail
- Team player, with a proactive and solution-focused approach
- Being able to work across multiple clinics is preferred

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: From $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 17 per week
